Paul Jackson Senior Product Designer in
AI & Conversational Systems

Designing AI-powered products, conversational systems and complex interactions.

I design conversational and AI-powered products across media, fintech and emerging technology.

My work includes leading the design of a Webby Award-winning conversational product for children and one of the BBC’s earliest generative systems, delivering personalised forecasts across 3,000 UK postcode regions.

Much of my work focuses on making complex technologies feel intuitive, trustworthy and human.

I’ve spoken about my work at international design conferences and leading organisations including Lego, RTÉ and IBM.

Since 2023, I’ve led the growth and development of a 30+ person UX function at interactive investor, building the systems, culture, and capability behind a high-performing design team.

I’m currently exploring Senior, Staff and Principal Product Design roles focused on AI products, emerging technology and complex interaction systems.
