Farm-fresh organic produce, based around locally sourced, predominantly japanese ingredients, are delivered to us directly from our network of farmers and winemakers we have met through the countless Eatrip projects we've done over the years.
Our menu changes daily based on what we receive from our family of farmers. Each plate is delicately cooked and prepared to showcase the freshness of our seasonal ingredients. To go along with our daily menu, we have a wide selection of organic wines, served by the glass.
